Hi-Time

Today's Battlers are from a site called HI-TIME. They're of a more scary, serious sort of tone and would probably work well the VX or VX ACE battlers. There's not a whole lot of them on the site, but they're very well done. I especially like the rat trio which i've included a preview of in this post.

Long time no see! Here's another little rpg maker site I found on the .jp side of the web. They have some really cute tilesets for VX ACE and other miscellaneous resources like icons and character sets (only of objects though). They have a very extensive battle background gallery as well towards the bottom of the page.

Hot Toke's Site is back up

Sort of... http://infoseek_rip.g.ribbon.to/wild-pd.hp.infoseek.co.jp/ It hasn't been updated since 2010 when it shutdown, but you can download all the resources you want again.

For those of you who are scared of Moonspeak, just click the link that has DL in it, and it should take you to a page that has zipfiles for all his monsters. 200X is for Rpg Maker 2000 monsters, and XP is for the battlers.

Pickle/Ice Axe

Here's another artist that's pretty well known in the RPG Maker community. Ice Axe is particularly well known for his anime styled battlers, including redrawing all of the battlers from the Rpg Maker XP RTP. He's also done some charasets for Rpg Maker XP which I rarely ever see anyone mention. His website hasn't been updated in quite some time unfortunately, let's hope he hasn't stopped working on these great resources!
